Scope of Transportation Services

Clause 2: Services

2.1 ​Service Provision:​​ The Service Provider shall provide transportation and related logistics services for the Client's goods as described in Exhibit A (Scope of Services). This includes, but is not limited to, the pickup, carriage, delivery, and related handling of the goods.

2.2 ​Service Standards:​​ Services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the industry standards and all applicable laws and regulations. The Service Provider shall make reasonable efforts to meet any agreed-upon delivery schedules but does not guarantee specific transit times unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

2.3 ​Client Responsibilities:​​ The Client shall be responsible for: (a) providing accurate and complete information regarding the goods, including nature, quantity, weight, and special handling instructions; (b) ensuring goods are properly packaged and labeled for safe transport; and (c) providing necessary access for pickup and delivery

  • Exhibits/Appendices:​​ This response assumes the existence of Exhibit A (Scope of Services)and Exhibit B (Pricing Schedule), which are common in such agreements to detail specific routes, services, and prices
